Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to the Neo dApp Factory website and builder ("the Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. What the Service is
Neo dApp Factory is a tool that helps you configure a token from a standard, tested smart contract and deploy it with your own wallet on Neo N3 or Neo X. It is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Neo Foundation, Neo Global Development or any other Neo entity.
2. Early-stage software
The Service is in private testing. Features may change, break or be removed at any time. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
3. You are in control, and responsible
You sign every transaction in your own wallet. We never hold your private keys, seed phrase or funds, and we cannot reverse, cancel or recover any transaction. You are solely responsible for the tokens you create, their name, symbol and settings, how you distribute or promote them, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including securities, consumer-protection, tax and anti-money-laundering rules.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create or promote scams, rug pulls, tokens impersonating other projects, brands or people, or anything illegal, deceptive or infringing. We may refuse or block access to anyone who misuses the Service.
5. No advice
Nothing on the website or in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. AI suggestions in the builder are only suggestions; check every value before you deploy.
6. Fees
Deploying and using a token costs network fees (GAS), which are paid to the blockchain network, not to us. If we introduce paid plans, prices will be shown before you pay.
7. Third parties
The Service relies on third-party wallets, blockchains, explorers, RPC nodes and AI providers. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, fees or actions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or of tokens created with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
